Managing a product portfolio

The starting register records product, model, manufacturer, country, composition, use and planned shipment. Each item receives requirements, a document owner and a next step, making dependencies visible before dispatch.

The deliverable is an agreed requirements matrix and the applicable documentation, not one identical certificate for the whole catalogue. Items needing samples, translation, composition clarification or a model-grouping decision are flagged separately.

Service questions

Can we start with an Excel specification?

Yes. A model and manufacturer list is suitable for an initial review; we request missing technical details item by item.

How are documents maintained after the first shipment?

Record changes to models, composition, manufacturer and evidence. Ongoing support can be agreed separately.
