What we assess

We clarify whether the aim is defect assessment, reconstruction, load changes or continued operation, then select visual, instrumental and calculation work. A suitably qualified and authorised provider issues the report.

What you receive

A survey programme and technical report addressing the agreed objective.

Kazakhstan’s Construction Code No. 253-VIII applies from 1 July 2026, subject to its exceptions and transitional provisions. We check current requirements for the provider and survey scope.

Survey: purpose, records and findings

We establish the purpose: changed loads, reconstruction, damage or condition assessment. Inputs include the address, use, design records, structural details, repairs and observed defects. Scope depends on access and the client’s objective.

The brief defines boundaries, access, measurements, opening-up and calculations. Findings should record defects, supporting evidence, limitations and recommendations. A remote review of photographs does not replace necessary investigation on site.

Service questions

Are original design records essential?

They make verification easier. If unavailable, the work needed to reconstruct baseline information is agreed separately.

What determines lead time?

Size, structural arrangement, access, instrumented investigation and calculation requirements.
