Key considerations
A conformity certificate addresses product requirements; origin and manufacturer status are established under separate rules. These documents are not interchangeable.
From 2026, the Register of Kazakhstan Manufacturers is used to confirm domestic manufacturer status for regulated procurement. Export, special economic zones and free warehouses have separate origin rules, so stating that all ST-KZ certificates have disappeared would be inaccurate.

Checking documents for a specific procurement
Start with the procurement reference, technical specification and submission deadline. We link each requirement to the offered model and its evidence. Product conformity, origin, producer status and bidder eligibility are reviewed separately.
The Kazakhstan producer register and conformity documents serve different purposes. We check the current extract and product details, not merely the company name. Model or scope mismatches become an action list before submission.
Service questions
Can you work without the procurement specification?
We can make an initial assessment, but the final dossier must be checked against the specific procurement terms.
Does document preparation guarantee an award?
No. The service concerns the product dossier; eligibility and award decisions follow the procurement process.
